Issue Summary

only user 1 sees the "configure team table view" tab when viewing a group. when i log in as a regular user which is the group's administrator, i don't see the tab. is this by design? a bug? am i not doing something?

You're right, this is a bug. I will rework user rights next days.

Fixed with commit #72432. Please update og to the newest version to get the full power for your group admins!
