Consider a user with "roleA" has access to certain child items. But another user wiht "roleB" doesn't have access to those.

When the roleB visits the control panel he/she sees an empty fieldset which can be avoided all together.

I am interested in submitting a patch for the above feature. Please make the latest 6.x dev version available for download through git, i would submit the patch against that as soon as its available.
