Hi, there is an issue about this bug. Here is the link.

In simple lines...
When module save the file (image file in this case), i also write the path where it will be saved. That's where the error comes out.

If you ever do come across it again feel free to re-open.

There's a good chance that this was related to another issue that has since been resolved in 1.0-beta4.
