Strip html from news title

Hi,
I found some html (well, it was only some <br /> actually) in news titles. I don't know if in typo3 also pages can have html in titles, I only had to deal with news.
So I'm proposing a little patch that substitutes <br />s with whitespaces and then strips any html tags.
