We are attempting to use Youtube parser however the Media Field we have created does not show up as a target in the Feeds importer. We are able to successfully import information otherwise. Any ideas as to where the issue with this could be?

I bet this is not problem of the Feeds: Youtube. We provide only the parser and mapping sources (which appears on left sites of the mapper). If the media field is missing in the mapper will search for a problem in the Feeds or in the module which provides the media field (probably Media module or Embedded Media Field).

For Video field to appear in the Feeds target you need to create a File field in your Content Type with proper media selector. Then there should be Video field in the Feeds target.
