Notices thrown in spaces_context_ui_editor_submit()

If a condition or reaction is not set on either $context or $original (or both) PHP throws a notice similar to the following:

Notice: Undefined index: context in spaces_context_ui_editor_submit()

This can result in a number of notices being generated by this function.
