contrib module - auto approve module

I don't know if this of much use to anyone else, but here it is if you think it's worth adding to the contrib modules.

I've decided with my site to manage abuse by simply delaying the awarding of points by a week. The idea is that I simply moderate the site as normal and if anyone is spamming, etc in order to generate extra points I deal with it through routine moderation before they actually get their points. Then a certain time after they perform that act that earned the points, assuming you'd have deleted their posts or disapproved their points, they'll automatically get their points approved.

I've submitted the whole module here which should be ready to use, however you might want to have a check over of the format of the .info file and CVS headers as I'm not 100% sure on what I'm doing with them.
