Presumably a hold-over from the Drupal 6 branch, this throws errors in the Drupal error log:

files[] = cck_phone.inc

Proposed solution:
remove the offending line.

cck_phone.inc is part of the 7.x-2.3-rc1 release, I've confirmed its presence in both archives at http://drupal.org/node/1461920.
