grants "by default" are not applied with customized priority

I have three CCK contents types. I have installed the Content Acces module and config the Grants by default in the admin/user/nodeaccess menu.

I have cheked "Give node grants priority" and "Show grant tab for this node type" in every content type and I have selected the grant View for anonymous users and View and Edit for authenticated users.

Ok, but when I add a new content always appear without grants. The anonymous users cannot view the content and the authenticated users cannot view and edit the content. Only are working the Node author grants.

Now If I enter in the grants tab of the new node I can see that there are not any grant checkbox selected. Then, If I select the appropriated grants and save all works fine.

The new content are not created with the default grants, any idea?
