Won't allow anyone to login if using IE

If I use Firefox I can login fine, but if I use IE, as soon as I atempt to login I get kicked back to the front page with no feedback as to what happened. I can login if I use the forgot password linik but nothing else seems to work. I have tried everything from clearing cache and cookies to rebooting my computer but nothing seems to work.
