hi
it doesnt work with the embed filter module. so if a user embeds the youtube code, it fails.
also when a text is higlighted or if the heading size is changed or font color changed it doesnt work with filtered html.
please help. thanks.

FCKeditor is not built to support the embed filter, if you enter the html code youtube gives you in the source view FCKeditor will allow it.

Font sizes and color will only work whith full HTML. (and even then your theme might override some of the styles)
