When I run update.php script, I get this following Fatal error :

Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in /hormez.313/mysite/www/sites/all/modules/contrib/l10n_update/l10n_update.installon line 160

Are you sure you try to install 6.x-1.0-beta3? Line 160 is

  return $ret;

Which can not cause this error.

• Error installing / updating
• File Transfer failed, reason: Cannot create directory /home/biblioin/public_html/sites/all/modules/l10n_update/translations.

To solve this error when you installing |10n_update module, you have to go panel, archive/manegement archives/home or archive/manegement archives/web root and give permission to public_html/sites/all/modules/|10n_update.

You have to change permission a 777.
