This sounds promising -- just what I need now. Learned of this from someone in IRC needing same functionality. Any status on this module?

(Not a developer, so I'm afraid that I cannot help with coding. Will gladly help in other ways possible.)

I'm still maintaining this module, but development of new features is on hold at the moment. I'm happy to work on any security issues or bugs reported.

There's a known problem concerning tax calculation (its the only other issue in the queue at the moment) but apart from that this code should be working. I have it as sandbox status because as per the README.txt it essentially duplicates the checkout process and re-uses lots of code from Ubercart core. After I have the time to go through and be absolutely sure that I have elimated all code redundancies possible, I will promote it to a full module.

I have used this on two sites though and it is stable enough for production use, provided you have adequately tested your setup. I'm interested in hearing how it goes for you!

Looks like I'm going to have to fire my client who needed this. But, I'll try to spend some time using it on my own server to help test. I did pass along your link to the downloadable tarball to another user who inquired on IRC. Hopefully, he/she will get a chance to try it out in production.

Really OUT OF DATE .... I hope one time that module woud be available for Drupal 7

apamix, the module is not out of date, I simply don't have the resources to port it to Drupal 7 at the moment. It should work just fine on Drupal 6.x and patches are welcome for D7 until I can put aside some time to port it.

I'm going to close this ticket as fixed as the original support request was for a development status update, I'll continue posting any news to the sandbox's homepage. The issue tracking the D7 port is #1569548: uc_payafter Port to Drupal 7.
