Move to Utilities

Nice module. I've used blog posts with taxonomy access for this in the past, but I'm going to try this out instead.

One minor tweak I'd suggest is to change the package to "Utilities" (like your site doc module, which I'm also trying out). I promise to still think of you whenever I enable the module ;)
