In 5.x-1.x-dev, Access Control by Taxonomy requires that you manually select each term to give access to each role. So, if you add new terms to a vocabulary, you have to go in and select those to give access to a role. It would be most useful, if roles can default to having access to all terms, including newly created ones.

The problem I'm running into is one of my roles can administer taxonomy terms. So, a user in that role adds a new term to a vocabulary. But, the user can't see the new term he created until that term is selected in Access Control by Taxonomy.

Give that role the 'administer_tac_lite' permission. They should then see all terms.

Feel free to open this issue back up if that does not solve your problem.
