I thought I would post this just as an FYI to help Pixture Reloaded users. At http://adaptivethemes.com/documentation/basic-views-slideshow there are instructions on how to set up a basic slide show. It works great! I used these instructions to set up a slide show in Pixture Reloaded. However, I discovered that every time I post a new article to the site, one of the slides disappears. When the slides are all gone, the slide show disappears! I have tried deleting everything and starting over from the beginning - and everything works fine till I post a new article. Then vapor...
I suspect this is caused by a bug buried somewhere deep in the various module interactions, not a Pixture Reloaded issue. But I thought someone else here might find the info helpful. It's nice to know that simply re-installing the images fixes it.

Jeff Burnz commentedYou might want to dig into your Views settings and how you are filtering what nodes can appear in the view - thats about all I can think of at the moment - like for example if you are allowing any node type (not filtering by node type) and the new nodes you add do not have an image field, or the wrong image field (say you are using fields in the view), then yes, this will happen.
So, no I don't think this is bug anywhere, but rather a configuration setting in Views.
