Getting this error upon changing the layout on the default site template from "builder" to anything else.

This on a new Drupal 7 (dev) site (clean, no content) with dev versions of ctools, panels and panels everywhere. Using the Versatile 7.x-1.5+1-dev theme.

Update: I went back and tried the same with the 7.x-3.0 version of Panels and the 7.x-1.0-alpha1 version of Panels Everywhere and this error doesn't occur (others do, but not this one).

I am doing some triage on this project. This issue relates to 7.x-1.0-alpha1. No activity has ocurred on this issue for approximately 24 months. Hopefully ok to Close (fixed).
