They request listing in Service providers I guess, not hosting. Since those requests not going via issue queue. (I'm cleaning up queue components and hosting one will be deleted anyway).

It looks like this company makes some contributions to the community, but do we list some hosting services in the All Providers section of the Marketplace, but have others listed in Hosting with a different review process?

I use this service for a years (probably from start) and can confirm a lot of contributions from this company team - code commits, speaking at camps, sponsoring events, solving a lot of technical troubles and contributing their knowledge on events, and organizing Moscow DrupalCafe
