Turn off keyword suggestions and spell check

In our database, the alternative keyword suggestions and spell check weren't ideal. We just wanted the suggestions, matching the exact spelling of the query.

I've attached the patch that just disables this feature in case anyone finds it useful. Ideally features like this should be run through a basic configuration interface. Although at the same time, the simplicity of this module is great as well.
