Deleting a case with an unsaved timer does not delete the timer

I use Time Tracker with Open Atrium. I deleted a case that had an active timer and it wouldn't let me delete it or start a new timer. In order to start a new timer I had to delete the entry in the time_tracker_timer table manually.
