I've added all the files in to a folder and installed the Drupal installation. Everything looks good in the front page but if I click on any link I get a 404 Page not found error.

I tried this multiple times both on a server and MAMP and had the same issue. I have the same issue with the Arctica Starter Kit.

Any way I could fix this?

I figured it out. Filezilla removed the .htaccess files from the transfer. I manually added them and it works now.
