cck format field ignored

Thank you for the excellent node_import module.

When importing cck data of type "text" with "Text processing:" set to "Filtered text (user selects input format)", then there are (beside others) two fields at the Field mapping page for every text field: "{fieldname} value" and "{fieldname} format". The import of data works fine for the "{fieldname} value" fields, but "{fieldname} format" seems be ignored. This is also true when setting values for the "{fieldname} format" in the Field options group.

NB: The "field_{fieldname}_format" value is always set to "0" in the corresponding database table.
