As usual, the best way to
As usual, the best way to locate your problem is probably to disable the modules one-by-one and see if it works.
When you know which module (or module combination) causes problem, it will be easier for peoples to help.
general stuff...
not sure if this is to late but....
When you did the upgrade, did you disable all the contributed modules? If not, diable all but core modules.
If your site starts working, then one by one go through and make sure that you have updated modules from the 4.5 download page.
Upgrade them one by one. The big changes are going to be anything dealing with filters, and finding the spots to enable them.
As a note for future reading.....
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS set up a test site with your live data and upgrade the test site first. Updating live sites just hurts to much.
