When you open multiple Windows(or tags), you will have the problems blew:
1. The message set by drupal_set_message will repeat, as if the drupal remember the message.
2. The CPU is always 100% and the pc will be slow. http://drupal.org/node/1276674
3. Drupal Chat message get repeated automatically on message receiver side. http://drupal.org/node/1402410
