Hello!
How i can disable Navigation Menu in 4.5.1 for all users exclude administrator?
I want my users can see only custom menus!

Uncheck enabled, and check custom in the Admin >> Blocks page. Now your admin users can go into their account and check enable the Navigation block only for themselves (since you won't actually see the menu, just go to /user to see your account settings).

Not very beautiful solution, but solution!
(Cause now i need 2 administrator users)

Uh, why is having 2 admin users a problem? Just create a role called something like "Site Admin", give them all permissions, and you can add as many users to that role as you like.

if u intend to host many members, then u should section the module into few type of admin role.
