We keep getting this error from Google Checkout:
"We've made several unsuccessful attempts to send order notifications to your notification callback URL, http://mydomain.com/google_checkout As a result, you aren't receiving order status, risk, or other notifications."
The SSL certificate is installed & Secure Pages is being used to secure two urls - google_checkout and a different page url for testing. On the testing url, Chrome shows the padlock icon next to https crossed out. Clicking on the padlock reveals that:
1. The identity of this website has been verified by PositiveSSL CA 2.
2. Your connection to mydomain.com is encrypted with 256-bit encryption. However, this page includes other resources which are not secure. These resources can be viewed by others while in transit, and can be modified by an attacker to change the behavior of the page.
I assume that means that ssl is working but that the ads, newsletter sign up form or Facebook Like box are considered not secure.
The main thing is trying to resolve the Google Checkout error, and we need it done this weekend. Our hosting is Rackspace Cloud, and we think the certificate we have should play nice with Google Checkout and Rackspace.
