Although people "discover" the "Automated Testing" tab, project owners do not seem to discover the hidden enable checkbox (which is at edit >> project below a bunch of unrelated stuff).

IMO we could move the checkbox over to the automated testing tab, or at least put some text there pointing people to it.

See #1475086: Testbot not picking up contributed module patches? as an example of this confusion, but there have been several others.

Got me too! Found Wim's issue about it at #1475086: Testbot not picking up contributed module patches? which lead me to the right place.
