UI update patch for Token auth

I found the token auth module today and it seems to be just what I need for accessing feeds on restricted content. Thanks for contributing it!

I took the time to add some UI for admins as well as users. I have only tested it on my local development site so far but it seems to work ok.

Admins can set the pages to activate tokens for, length of new tokens and reset all tokens.

Users get some help text, can see there token plus a couple of exemples on tokenised URLs. They can also reset there own token.

Please try it out and report any issues, suggestions etc here.
