Have a side to side slider bar for the time picker. The bar would slide back and forth with the hours and the minutes.

The jscalendar library is old and unmaintained and we are considering dropping it in favour of a jQuery-based one. Therefore marking this won't fix.

Ok Thanks, maybe something to look at for the jQuery calendar when it comes out.
