Included is the basic flow of the ad-hoc term adding using a special block.

I'd create a themeable function to generate a link/label combo for particular relation (rid = 1, rid = 2) so all this adding-UI widget can be reused in other contexts too, not just inside the block.

This version of User Tags is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
