textlinkads/stats will not accept my password

when I navigate to <site>/textlinkads/stats and input my password to read the stats I receive a message saying "Invalid password". I am positive that I'm supposed to be using my TLA password here which I have done (and I'm 100% sure I typed it correctly). I have also (just for "fun") tried typing in my admin password all to no avail.
So can you give me any advise? Or tell me what more information you need?

In my use of this module, that feature has never worked properly.
I think that all the code related to this should be removed from the module. It's simpler to just visit http://www.text-link-ads.com/my_account.php?view=site_stats site directly to get my status.
I'd rather see time focused on other real features than on this stats "feature".
