For example I want my users to be able to see node 1 (not content type, but a specific node) for 1 week and node 2 for 1 month. Is this possible ? Can I set this with help of rules module ?

Would also like to know how to do this. Would be very helpful in selling content access for a specific timeframe only.

So you'd grant access to a role for a certain amount of time?

All you'd do is enable content access for a certain role and then when the user pays for the role, they obtain the role and then you add something to Rules Scheduler so that it removes the role on the date of your choice (relative to the purchase date of course).

Also, if you're selling timed products, this module: http://drupal.org/project/interval can come in very handy!
