When going to Reports -> Recent log messages, the IPN log shows up, the problem is just under Orders -> Payment

MickL commentedmagically works again for me.
i tried so much on this. i tried sandbox again on my live server. updated to latest paypal module. nothing worked.
my customer wanted me to change the paypal-email. since i did that it works again for some reason.

andyg5000Make sure that the email address used in your settings is the primary email address on the PayPal account (see the [business] element in your png). If these do not match then the IPN is not validated. This will be added to documentation soon #1418030: Better support business e-mail address comparison / acceptance.
