Just to saturate the form, like the login form, etc are. Looks better :-D Btw, the title reads "Request new password", but it never gives a new password, rather link to let you login once and change password; that would be separate issue though.

Re-rolled patch from #1. I think that the language is still valid and mirrors the help text on the Create new account and Log in tabs.

Sorry, this is a no go by http://drupal.org/node/604342 . We dont add descriptions when the labels suffice. Our "sature" of forms is the reason we have soo many silly descriptions
