From an email: When I edit a feed it creates a new one - when I made an edit to X's and Y's I wound up with two new feeds. I froze the old versions so they won't auto refersh anymore (right?) so no harm done, just an FYI.

Checked in a fix just now that should handle this. The hidden field "fid" in the feed edit form was being populated with the node title rather than the feed id, no doubt the result of a sloppy copy and paste during module conversion.
