Fatal error: Class 'MediaBrowserPlugin' not found...

I just updated from beta2 to beta3 and, on emptying cache, I now get this error on all pages:

Fatal error: Class 'MediaBrowserPlugin' not found in /DOCROOT/sites/all/modules/contrib/remote_stream_wrapper/RemoteStreamWrapperMediaBrowser.inc on line 8

I've just tried updating Media from the 1.x branch to 2.x, and my site seems to load again... I'll need to test the impacts of having an unstable module as a dependency. Was that intentional?

It might be worth chucking a quick note on the project page (or release notes) suggesting updating Media module first.
