On pages that have a separate CCK field for an image in addition to images in the body field, only the image from the separate CCK field are available for selection as a thumbnail. None of the images from the body field are available for selection as a thumbnail.

On pages that do not contain a separate CCK field for an image, all images from the body are available for selection as a thumbnail.

Is this the desired functionality? It seems like all pictures should be available for selection, not just those from a custom CCK field.

I don't think that is a bug, the "images in the body" are really only part of the text. They aren't individual fields that this module could access.

I guess I was wrong: there is actually code that parses the body field.

Yes, it happens to me too. I have a CCK file image and it doesn't take it as the OP thumbnail. Is there any other module that has this functionality? Thanks

I'm finding that I can choose among a CCK file image and images gleaned from the body if no CCK field is being used to populate the description. As soon as I set the description to come from a specific field the images from the body are no longer available.

Hi,

I'm the new maintainer of opengraph_meta. Sorry for the long silence in the issue queue.

Sadly I don't have the resources to care for the Drupal 6 version. Unless and until someone steps up to maintain it I'm therefore closing all D6 issues as WONTFIX.

Feel free to re-open the issue if it is still valid in one of the Drupal 7 branches.
