I'm having trouble integrating Facebook with my website.

I have installed the module Facebook Like Button and in the configuration set it to "Basic Page" and my domain name. It's showing up just fine. I click it and my little facebook icon shows up and says I like it. Great. But when I look at my Facebook wall (or annoying timeline now rather), it's not there. It doesn't say I like "Website". Hmmm.

I also want to display recent activity on my site. So I got the iFrame code from Facebook's social plugin page, and pasted it into my WYSIWYG. It displayed fine, but it's saying there is no recent activity. Shouldn't my "like" be showing up in there? Shouldn't the recommendations (which is set to TRUE) be showing up? It's just empty.

I feel like something is not connecting right, and there are so many modules out there I don't know which ones to use. Any advice?

I have had the same problem with the likes on my personal page, and atstory chicagoand other events I help with. Often times, Facebook's server seems to run slow and the likes show up in a couple day's time.

I would recommend the module http://drupal.org/project/fb_social for you.
This is much more easier and do have all the facebook option you needed.
