Fantastic! it works! I don't feel qualified enough with Dreditor to RTBC this patch, but just wanted to say that it works for me.

actually I notice that the comment issue title fieldset in the comment is wider than expected, due to this rule:

Thanks for reporting, reviewing, and testing! Removed the offending CSS rule (was orphan anyway) and committed to master.
