Hi Gordon, thanks for this awesome branch!

I'm having some issues, and though I see a number of ways they could be dealt with, I thought I should discuss with you as to the best way forward.

So far in my testing, I can only use global tokens in my custom variables (great new feature btw). It would be great if I could use nid tokens.
Here are the ideas I have, maybe you can comment on which you think would be best, and of course, if you don't see the problem I'm having:

- create a new custom module that would, on page node create/edit/load, get "google_admanager_custom_variables" and create a cache of values for each. I'd then update GAM_GPT to also use/create this cache for the .targeting portion of the script. (high level summary end).

- fix the issue with node tokens not working in GAM_GPT (Is this possible? Am I the only one with this issue, eg. problem lies elsewhere...)

- backport features of Tokens 7.x that allow tokens such as current-page:whatever:etc...
