Exclude freetagging vocabularies

Very convenient module thanks a lot :-)

One problem / siggestion :
Freetagging vocabularies are bound to grow fairly big quite fast, and the menutrail settings form then takes forever to display and process. You should probably exclude them from the 'menutrail by category' feature
