When enabling the PayPal WPS module, I receive an unrecoverable Drupal error:

Can someone help point me in the direction of resolving this issue? Since I was enabling the PayPal WPS module I posted this as an issue with the PayPal module, but not sure if this should be posted in the Search API issue list?
