creating a totaly custom page...

hi guys,
I found a tutorial how to create a new page thats still using the drupal data but it was totally custom.. i remember it had the main drupal includes and then the guy showed how to insert other data that can be created via the backend.

basicaly what i am trying to do is create few pages for example portfiolio.php and that will pull data from a content type i made.. in specific format

my title
files/file.jpg custom cck field
files/file2.jpg custom cck field
body tag can go here

basically i need to be able to have an custom XML feed .. i searched and searched and some stuff is beyond my drupal knowledge.. :( please help.
