"My Issues" gives intermittent 403/Access Denied on drupal.org

This has happened to me twice. If I wait a little bit and go elsewhere on the site (all other "user" stuff works - my account, my projects, etc) and then come back to my issues I find that it is working again.

There is definitely a problem in there somewhere but not sure how to track it down since it clears up on its own rather quickly.

I've had intermittent problems with this for about a week or so now. I get Access Denied even though I'm logged in. Logging in again dumps me to the site's main page rather than My Issues.

A possibly related problem is that when I try to 'Contact' someone, I get the message that I can only contact 3 people in an hour, even though I haven't contacted anyone for days.

I get this as well.

I'll be logged in, looking at an issue. Click on "My issues", and I get "Access Denied", and a login box as if I'm logged out.

However if I go back to the main d.o page it's fine and my menus etc. come back up, and I can usually get back to My issues again as normal.

Trying to log in on the My issues page doesn't work - because I'm already logged in.

Seems to have been fixed some time ago as I have not had this problem since around the original posting time.
