The 'Development release' on the project page is outdated and does not reflect the status of code in git.
According to the .info file it contains the status of 25-nov-2011.

Then, Choose link 'snapshot' of the first entry in the list.

It seems that changes from 13-mar-2012 are all correctly in .zip ffrom 14-mar-2012.
