Need some expert help, please! I have been trying to build this site for a week and I suddenly received this error message only on my front page. I assume it happens after I created a View then I edit the title (machine name) after View had been created and I tried to use that View: in Block. But then I tried to put it to panel in page manager instead. Because I am using Paga manager for front page layout, so I inserted the View to Page manager. It was after I changed the View title name then I saw this error message. Then I tried to deleted that "View" which I just created but the ERROR message still remind there *only on the front page.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hard to give you a specific fix with a setup we can't directly see/access, but the issue is that the block being displayed is missing its 'subject' (title) property. Try adding a title via one of the UIs (you can use '' if you don't want the title to appear).

It works :D
Thanks a lot Yuriy for your prompt reply.
WOW! it works :D amazing!
I checked the custom block items I made and I found out two of them were without titles. I filled in titles and the error message is gone.
This is my second time using Drupal, your generous help are much appreciated.
I use " but the title still appear? as "
I use " for Block but the title still appear as " , not really empty! how come?
PS: I created this block via View
Hi, Looks like the comments
Hi,
Looks like the comments system is filtering out the none tag (< none >, without spaces)... If you use that within a Views block, then that will appear as text (in the title). For Views blocks you actually want to not enter anything for the title - that will make it empty/remove it. It sounds like something funky is going on with your titles, and again, I can't figure out exactly what without seeing it first hand. Another suggestion (if an empty title in Views doesn't work) is to enter some text for the title to get the block working, and then hide the title via CSS.
