I am writing, because http://drupal.org/project/cleanpager is pretty useles on dynamic or/and big pages.

This request may be not for subpathauto module, but for maintainer - I don't know, which of his *path* modules is the best for this.

So, the problem is, that there are no good modules to get rid of http://mysite.com/myview?page=1
