This is the same feature request that I made previously for Tagadelic (but I don't like the idea of having to use GitHub to submit patches there), so I'm using this module now and have the same request for you.

I'll attach a patch that implements this minor change and that is working for me. Have a test and see what you think.

I cant get Blocks with a value of 0 to display all tags. Can you confirm this works?
