The choices of "Developer Sandbox", "Democracy In Action", and "Wired for Change" do not cover all options for Salsa services. In particular, I am evaluating this module for use with a site that uses Salsa with a base URL of: https://hq-org2.democracyinaction.org

Adding a new Salsa service to salsa.admin.inc and then selecting it fixed this issue for me:
