At /admin/settings/acquia-agent the option to migrate to Acquia Cloud is shown. While very cool, this doesn't make much sense for sites already running on that cloud.

We can use the Acquia environment variables for this, though there is sometimes a reason to allow Acquia hosting-to-hosting migration that I'm not certain the feature should be entirely removed.

Perhaps the fieldset is collapsed?
